Lift Maintenance Technician
Location: Singapore

Roles & Responsibilities
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
- Responding to breakdowns
- Diagnosing faults
- Supervising engineering and technical staff
- Managing budgets
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Managing stocks of suppliers and equipment
- Other duties as detailed by company when necessary
- Perform maintenance, testing and/or repair services of lifts / escalators / hydraulics.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments, such as, technical support, training, assessments, etc.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate should either possess a NITEC Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to work independently
- Able bilingual in Chinese (to communicate with China clients)
